Championing Diversity and Climate Action at the Horasis India Meeting 2025: Only Women marked a strong global presence at the Horasis India Meeting 2025, held in Singapore on 15–16 December 2025. Representing the community were Founder Vidyottama P Sharma and Core Team member Shaline Serpes.

In under two years since its inception, Only Women has already established a meaningful global footprint — this being the second consecutive year the community was invited to the prestigious summit by its Chairman, Frank-Jürgen Richter.

At the forum, Vidyottama chaired a powerful session on “Diversity as a Driver for Innovation,” steering conversations on how inclusive leadership and varied perspectives are critical to building future-ready organisations. Shaline contributed as a panelist in the discussion on “Fighting Climate Change While Fueling Growth,” where she engaged in dialogue on balancing sustainability imperatives with economic progress.

The summit convened over 250 global leaders, including C-suite executives, senior government officials, and influential thought leaders from India and across the world. It provided a high-impact platform for exchange of ideas, collaboration, and forward-looking strategies — reinforcing Only Women’s growing role in shaping conversations that matter on the global stage.
