Only Women has been launched mainly with the intention of helping enhance the learning curve of women professionals. In short, you can say this is a community that enables professional and personal development of women professionals.

Through our expert talk series, seminars/ panel discussions, roundtables, annual summits, leadership series/ knowledge series, networking meets, podcasts, self-development and sensitization workshops, masterclasses, and mentoring of younger
women professionals by the seniors.We have various segments under the expert talk series like gender dialogue, doctor’s
appointment, safety and security, financial management, leadership enhancement, etc.

We have these covered through our various engagements under our shared experiences initiative. Dance masterclass, trekking, picnic, yoga, collective film-viewing, sports activities, group cooking sessions, etc. are designed to strengthen the bond and provide the relief quotient in the otherwise busy lives.

Since we have a pool of talent in our membership, organisations or educational institutions can approach us to invite senior professionals to deliver addresses. We will also gradually take up issues that can lead to white papers and discussions on women-related issues with the governments.

By invitation. Our Directors, Managing committee and members can recommend potential members, whose details we share with the Managing Committee. The final call is taken by the Directors and the Managing Committee together. Those desirous of becoming members can also fill in the form on our website or send usinformation about themselves on info@onlywomenworld.com We will forward this information to the Managing Committee and will inform the candidates within two weeks.

Yes, there is a one-time non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs 3,500/- and a nominal Annual Platform Fee of Rs. 12,000/- per annum for using the platform for networking and other purposes. This is an introductory offer for the first year. Members who attend the monthly engagements pay the cost of that meeting. Those who do not attend an engagement, do not pay for that engagement.

Though Only Women is mainly a community for professional and personal development and upskilling & education, the Managing Committee will, from time to time, take a call on organizing an exhibition or theme festivals. Rallies too will be organized to create awareness on women-related issues. Speed networking for business enhancement and accelerator meet-ups too will be held. We will try and extend a helping hand to society too as and when possible.

There are communities and there are forums and associations. Only Women is different because women professionals of any domain can be members. There is no baron women professionals from any domain. Like we can have two or three nutritionists or architects or interior designers. Since our core is not of pushing for business but of professional and personal development, we have kept no bar or cap on any criterion. Our doors are open to women professionals who believe in team spirit and women bonding and growing together. We are a little wary of nitpickers though. The ambience
of warmth, bonhomie, fun, and laughter spreads in our ecosystem of personal and professional growth. Because we believe that positivity truly leads to women empowerment.

At present we are focusing on women professionals. Soon, we will come up with sub committees for non-professionals, and that will include homemakers too. We believe in taking one step at a time.

Professional development: By listening to, and interacting with, experts from various domains. And by interacting with each other as members belong to different working areas and can share with and guide each other.
Personal development: Through masterclasses, workshops and from each other.
Bonding: Women professionals bond with their peers. Seniors mentor the younger  professionals and younger potential leaders have seniors to learn from.
Support: A sense of belonging develops among women who meet without any psychological or domain barriers. This leads to a strong support system. Shared experiences: Fun times through film viewing, trekking, cooking, chai pe charcha
etc.
Helping Hand: Only Women will gradually develop projects through which members can extend a helping hand to society – mainly women and children.

Networking: And above all, they network with senior women professionals across domaina.

Only Women intends to organize a Job Fair too for – those who are already working, mothers looking for comeback and women who took a break from work for personal reasons. It also helps augment the business quotient by members recommending member women entrepreneurs or other members who work with organisations. Members also make presentations under the engagement ‘Pitch Your Company’ under its segment Let’s Talk Business. While this option is free to the members, non members too can pitch their companies by paying an Access Fee to the company.

No. Only as much as members is able to, and interested in, taking out for the engagements. Members participate in as many engagements as they are interested in or can take out time for. There is no compulsion on the number of engagements to be
attended. Those who do not find time for physical meets can network through our face-to-face initiative, where they can meet with each other at their convenience for professional or personal networking.
