In today’s times, it is important for leaders in all spheres of life to embrace AI and not resist or fear it.

To empower women leaders to streamline their daily operations, make data-driven decisions and stay competitive, Only Women invited one of the most known AI experts, Supriya Bhuwalka, Founder, Coding and More for its Expert Talk Series. The series was soon converted into a mini workshop, with Supriya guiding the members of Only Women to try some real-time AI exercises.

“Use it or not, but don’t be oblivious to it because it is here to stay,” said Supriya. “Make it your assistant,” she said.

Supriya showed both the sides of AI — good and the bad — and cautioned everyone about using it as a help but not depending on it thoroughly. In this very powerful and interactive session she said, “If everybody starts going to AI, how will we differentiate between fact and fiction? Our generation is still thinking and reading- a lot of people still read books, many of us still got o Google but if they (the young generation) do not learn the good habits today, they will not know how to differentiate”. She guided the members to use AI intelligently, as their research assistant but not take everything it delivers at face value.
