A multi-faceted professional, Ashmi Parekh is Director – Administration with Maplle Group of Companies, a group into real estate development — commercial as well as residential. She also has keen interest in sports and fitness and was Vice President of the Skating Association of Maharashtra, recognised by Maharashtrian Olympic Association. Ashmi has been the only Indian to be elected as the Vice President of the Asian body and the first woman in 40 years to be in that position.
Ashmi is also a part of the Organising Committee of Juhu Half Marathon, a premium marathon in Mumbai of which Hrithik Roshan has been the brand ambassador. It has over 6000 runners to its credit in each run. An avid traveller, Ashmi, as a Rotarian, has been working immensely for empowering the girl child. She has also founded a women’s group in Rotary called RMB Garima.
A smart and efficient networker, Ashmi loves meeting people and is happy to be a part of Only Women.
Sapna Srivastava

Architect
After an active architectural practice of more than a decade, Sapna Srivastava, an architect by qualification, forayed in the field of architectural journalism in the year 2006. Sapna is a member of Council of Architecture (CoA) and Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). As Editor of Realty+, a monthly publication from exchange4media group, Sapna is responsible to develop content for the monthly magazine, maintain editorial benchmarks and ideate new editorial products. She was associated with “The Urban Forum”, a non-profit organization founded by the architects of Mumbai and was a visiting faculty for Interior Design at NIFD, Mumbai.
Sapna’s work has been published in some of the major national newspapers. She has also been a regular Guest Expert on a TV show for a real-estate television channel. During her long span of career in architectural journalism, Sapna has interacted and interviewed eminent personalities from real estate, architecture, government, environment, technology and the field of academics and social work. As a seasoned professional in the field of media, her expertise includes, content development, providing unbiased comments, opinions and talks on various industry forums.

Her love for creativity also finds expression in her role as a baker, where she blends passion with perfection to spread joy through her culinary skills.
She calls herself a proud Rotarian and is an active member of Only Women and RMB . Shaline has accompanied the Founder of Only Women twice, to international summits – in Greece and in Singapore, where she has been a Speaker.
She firmly believes in the ethos of Service Above Self. She has been a part of several community initiatives focusing on empowerment, inclusivity and social well-being reflecting her commitment to making a difference to people’s lives.
Her journey also shines with achievements in pageantry. Crowned Mrs. Maharashtra state Winner and Mrs. India Runner-Up, she embodies grace, confidence and perseverance, inspiring women to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
