Apurva Purohit is an Indian Businesswoman with over three decades of experience in the corporate world where she has worked across a variety of businesses from radio to print to digital. In her corporate tenure she was responsible for leading Radio City to IPO success, ⁠transforming the Jagran Group as President to a digital first focus and launching successful ventures like Lodestar and Times Television.

Apurva is the Co-Founder of Aazol Ventures Pvt Ltd., a D2C food company in the social impact sector, empowering rural communities and women micro-entrepreneurs. She’s also a best-selling author of two transformative books:

Over the years, Apurva has won multiple business awards and has been repeatedly named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business as per the India Today Group and Fortune India. She was amongst LinkedIn’s Top Voices and YourStory’s Top 10 digital Influencers and  was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIM Bangalore.

Apurva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics) and completed her PGDM from IIM- Bangalore. She was a state-level hockey player and played for Tamil Nadu State and Tamil Nadu University.
