Only Women is a  domain-agnostic community of women thought leaders, who meet to enhance their learning curve, undergo training for upskilling, have shared experiences and help create more women leaders. Only Women is a think tank of senior women professionals, who believe that ours is not a stand-alone world but a world in which all – women, men and LGBTQ+ community –need to be given equal opportunities of employment, business, service and professional growth. It is a coming together of women leaders in a world where they connect with women, share experiences and strengthen support. Registered as an LLP company, Only Women members can also   help each other in their respective businesses through recommendations.

 
Only Women has women leaders across various domains as its members. They include doctors, seniors banking professionals, architects, advocates, interior designers, landscapers, chartered accountants, journalists, authors, screenwriters, actors, producers and directors of films/ TV/ OTT series, holiday planners, consultants, artists/ artistes, bakers, jewellery brand owners, C-suit including CHROs/ CEOs/MDs/ CFOS etc., B&B owners, founders/ entrepreneurs, club owners, educationists, wellness consultants, dieticians/ nutritionists, content and communications professionals, PR experts, crisis and reputation management experts, beauty pageant winners, senior government officer (retired) and more. 
Membership to Only Women is only by invitation. All suggested names go to the Managing Committee, which then  vets the recommendations for membership.
Some of the areas of work include: concept marketing, direct marketing, multilevel marketing, multi-link gift schemes and to provide high quality of services and products to clients and consumers either directly or through the community of members, consultants, bona-fide commission agents, franchises, associates and distributors through community publicity, market research analyses, surveys, organizing events, podcasts, contests, seminars, panel discussions, summits, roundtables, bespoke events, theme rallies, awards and other advertising and related outdoor activities and providing training, education, self-development programs, awareness, exhibition, marketing,  conducting interviews, polls, providing guidance on current market, economy, products, research, education to the women for their promotion, growth, development and to conduct amusement trips including national and internation trips and picnics, outing for the development of the members, partners, women and to organise entertainment programmes for them and  provide a platform where women thought leaders across domains connect with other women thought leaders, share experiences and strengthen support to each other.

To inspire women leaders to be more empowered, emancipated and enterprising while engaging in productive interactions on everything that concerns them; and to be leaders who inspire other women to be inspirational leaders.
